Trust support

A significant proportion of Connect's fundraising income comes from charitable trusts and foundations, livery companies, statutory and lottery funds.  Grants from these sources are used primarily to fund our Innovation Projects

We always endeavour to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our funders.  Our biggest supporter to date remains the Dunhill Medical Trust.  Some of our other current funders include Big Lottery Fund, the King's Fund and Section 64 of the Department of Health.  Our Access to Life project in Cornwall is funded by The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia, The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust, The Duchy Healthcare Charity and The Lanvern Foundation.

We are sincerely grateful for the support of all of our funders.  Without them, we would not be able to help people living with aphasia find opportunity and fulfilment.

Increasingly, many trusts and foundations proactively seek out charities they would like to help fund.  As a dynamic, innovative and transformative organisation, we would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss how Connect's work can help you achieve your own vision.
