Run, walk, cycle or jump!

Whatever your experience or whatever your challenge, there is something for everyone!

Whether it’s a local 5km run, mountainous trek or skydive every penny you raise will make a real difference to people living with aphasia.

We hugely appreciate your efforts and promise to support you every step of the way.

For more information and ideas and challenges and how we can support you, contact tristanpaton@ukconnect.org or call 020 7367 0851.
