In spite of the record temperatures, Liz completed the 2007 London Marathon in 4 hours and  minutes!

Liz has run marathons before for other charities but she specially enjoyed running for Connect. “I can't emphasise enough what a great experience it's been to run for Connect”, she said. “It was all incredible -  wonderful pre-race organisation and encouragement, nice touches like the vest with my name on, fantastic support on the route - I felt like a star!

Liz raised over £3,000 for Connect.
