Aphasia is a 'hidden' disability and often poorly understood. Very often people don't know what to do when they encounter it. This lack of understanding makes life frustrating for people with aphasia and their families. The Aphasia Alliance, of which Connect is a member, aims to increase public awareness with a new campaign to spread the message about aphasia in the media. Find out more in Aphasia in the News
