Can I cancel?
Cancellation prior to two months before the course date, we will refund 50% of the cost. After that point the collaborator site is committed to paying Connect in full for that training.
Our courses are very successful and the feedback we get from them is consistently high. We are able to assist you with marketing before the event. We anticipate that you will be conscientious in your organisation to recruit delegates. We therefore anticipate that the event you are planning will be successful. Once the date for Connect course-to-go has been agreed, it is then fixed in the Connect diary. From that point resources will be allocated for you and that time is reserved for you. In the event of cancellation we would be unable to recover those resources. As our resources are finite this means that we have to impose the cancellation policy detailed above.
