How many as a maximum?

We prefer not to run courses for more than 30 delegates but this depends on the content of the course.  We have found that the training experience is best when numbers are kept below this level.  We are happy to run courses for 20.  We routinely train a multi-disciplinary audience.   It works well when there is liaison between Connect trainers and local collaborators to specify what the learning objectives for the day will be.   The most successful days are those where delegates have been well briefed on what the day is about and have a particular interest in the subject being taught.
