RALAS

Research Alliance Life after Stroke

Connect is planning to set up an open forum for anyone interested in research investigation into life after stroke. RALAS will be a 'virtual' network for sharing of information, discussing current projects, generating interest in your projects/suggestions for research and is an opportunity to share contacts and new ideas. The forum will support people to include people with aphasia in research.

The forum will be led by Dr Kate Swinburn, Dr Sally McVicker (from Connect), Dr Simon Horton (University of East Anglia) and Dr Chris McEvitt (King's College London).
We propose our forum will be open to:

• Clinicians or researchers already embarked on funded projects
• People who are interested in embarking on a research project
• People thinking of embarking on a PhD
• People generally interested in research into Life after Stroke
To register interest in joining RALAS please contact Eleanor Pearce Willis on 020 7367 0859 or email eleanorpearcewillis@ukconnect.org
