Befriending - Have a befriender

Would you like someone with aphasia or stroke to visit you at home or in hospital?

Someone who understands to:

  • listen to your story
  • share their experiences
  • give support and encouragement to move forward.

You both gain confidence and a friend.

Befriending - Be a befriender

Visit a person with aphasia at home or in hospital.

  • Share your experience
  • Offer support and encouragement to move forward
  • You both gain confidence and a friend!
  • Connect will support and guide you if you need help.
